Rotational moulding

Rotational moulding is a plastics process used to manufacture hollow, seamless moulded parts. In this process, plastic powder is placed into a closed mould, which is then heated whilst simultaneously rotating around several axes. The rotation causes the molten material to distribute itself evenly along the inner wall of the mould, thereby forming the desired component.
